Imerco to take over Kop & Kande in Nivå
KThe Kop & Kande store in Nivå north of Copenhagen has been taken over by Imerco Holding and has now become a part of the nation-wide Imerco capital chain.
M. Goldschmidt is the largest shareholder of Imerco Holding, the company behind the Imerco stores, and the takeover is the result of an expansive strategy for the Imerco chain.
