On 1 May 2007, M. Goldschmidt Ejendomme will take over the property at Smedeholmen 16-18 in the Copenhagen suburb of Herlev. The property covers a total floor space of 6,600 sqm and was acquired as part of M. Goldschmidt Ejendomme’s sale and leaseback strategy. The property serves as domicile of office furniture company Bondo Kontormøbler.
